Important Rego Information

If you intend on competing on a Monday please ensure your registration (including payment) is completed by the Friday before. This allows us the time to carry out the necessary background administration work to ensure the night runs smoothly and everyone is in the system. Unfortunately, it is not something that can be done for people who turn up on the night intending to register or pay. Unfortunately anyone who has not registered and paid will not be able to compete.

2017-2018 Volunteer Roster

Each family will be required to volunteer at least once during the season. Please click HERE to nominate a date (or multiple dates) you can volunteer – get in fast so you don’t miss out! This is vital for our growing club to ensure the nights are run as efficiently and smoothly as possible. All roles are very easy – they range from general event assistance, helping in the canteen, to cooking the bbq, and setting up/packing up the field. You will be guided on the night. If you require more information please don’t hesitate to enquire.

We are located at Nesbitt Park, Grayson Avenue, Kotara South.

Our season commences in early October and finishes mid-March. Athletes must be born on or before the 30th September 2012 to register with us. There is no upper age limit and our athletes have ranged in ability from beginners to Australian representatives.

Our track is considered to be one of the best grass tracks in the Hunter Lake Macquarie Area.

Our primary aim is to bring together athletes and their families in a range of outdoor physical activities with family involvement. At least 1 parent per family is required to actively assist each week.

Emphasis is on ‘Run For Fun’ and improvement of an athletes’’ own performances. The club provides a variety of events and also the opportunity to compete in Athletics NSW, Athletics Australia and Little Athletics competitions.
